Gear you should wear to tank:
The ring is a Ring of devotion; made by using Soft Clay on a Ring Mould then firing the rings in a pottery furnace, after that let the priest in Lumbridge bless them for you. All good pker's know that the small details make the big diffrence.
Stats are:
Attack: +0 all
Defence: +1 all
Str/Pray: +0

I highly recommend runecrafting robes rather than monks robes if you have 50 runecrafting.
